Parents/guardians are fully responsible for minors using our services.

6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Real Brave, including:
- Lesson materials
- Videos
- PracticePad™ content
- Curriculum
- Branding and trademarks
is the exclusive property of Real Brave Inc., RealBrave IP Holding Company LLC, and/or Real Brave Audio Inc.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
- Record lessons without permission
- Use materials for commercial purposes
7. User-Generated Content
You may submit or upload content (e.g., videos, recordings, practice submissions). By doing so, you grant Real Brave a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
- Use
- Display
- Reproduce
this content for educational, promotional, and operational purposes.
You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload.
8. Code of Conduct
You agree not to:
- Disrupt lessons or services
- Harass instructors or other users
- Upload inappropriate or unlawful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
We reserve the right to remove users who violate these standards.
9. Technology and Platform Use
Our services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Kartra, video conferencing tools, PracticePad™).
