• In-person lessons

• Educational platforms (including PracticePad™)

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or

• You are a parent or legal guardian consenting on behalf of a minor

Parents/guardians are fully responsible for minors using our services.

3. Accounts and Access

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Keep login credentials secure

• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Payments and Billing

A. Fees

B. Subscription Services

If enrolled in a recurring program:

• You agree to recurring billing

• Billing continues until cancellation per your agreement

C. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

D. Failed Payments

if payments are missed or declined.

5. Scheduling and Attendance

• Lessons must be attended at scheduled times

• Missed lessons may not be refunded or rescheduled unless stated in your program terms

• We reserve the right to reschedule lessons due to instructor availability or operational needs

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Real Brave, including:

• Lesson materials

• Videos

• PracticePad™ content

• Curriculum

• Branding and trademarks

is the exclusive property of Real Brave Inc., RealBrave IP Holding Company LLC, and/or Real Brave Audio Inc.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content

• Record lessons without permission

• Use materials for commercial purposes

7. User-Generated Content

You may submit or upload content (e.g., videos, recordings, practice submissions).

By doing so, you grant Real Brave a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Use

• Display

• Reproduce

this content for educational, promotional, and operational purposes.

You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload.

8. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Disrupt lessons or services

• Harass instructors or other users

• Upload inappropriate or unlawful content

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

We reserve the right to remove users who violate these standards.

9. Technology and Platform Use

Our services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Kartra, video conferencing tools, PracticePad™).

We are not responsible for:

• Platform outages

• Connectivity issues

• Third-party service failures

10. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific musical outcomes

• Performance results

• Skill progression timelines

Progress depends on individual effort, practice, and participation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Real Brave Inc., RealBrave IP Holding Company LLC, and Real Brave Audio Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, income, or opportunities

• Injuries arising from participation in lessons or events

Your use of our services is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Brave and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of services

• Violation of these Terms

• Misuse of content or platforms

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Non-payment

• Behavior deemed harmful to the community or business
